This page outlines the legal framework governing Offerpathway and how we operate in New Zealand, including consumer rights, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Terms of Use

By using Offerpathway you agree to our terms: information is provided "as is"; prices and availability of offers are subject to change by venues; users must verify offers before purchase.

Offerpathway aggregates offers and links to third-party providers. We do not guarantee merchant accuracy; terms of the merchant apply to purchases.

Users must not post misleading content, impersonate others, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Repeat violations may lead to content removal.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Consumer protection (NZ)

Offerpathway recognises consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. When goods or services are purchased from third-party merchants, those merchants remain responsible for compliance with NZ consumer law.

If you believe a supplier has breached your consumer rights, you may contact:

  • Citizens Advice Bureau / Consumer Protection via MBIE
  • Commerce Commission for unfair trading
  • Small claims via the Disputes Tribunal for amounts within its jurisdiction

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations for purchases made through third-party merchants are governed by those merchants' policies. Offerpathway facilitates communication but does not process payments or refunds unless explicitly stated.

For disputed charges, first contact the merchant. If unresolved, you can escalate to your payment provider and relevant NZ authorities.

Intellectual property

All content on Offerpathway (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright and is owned or licensed to Offerpathway. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

To report suspected copyright infringement, provide a notice with details to Offerpathway@outlook.com including:

  1. Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
  2. Location (URL) of the infringing material
  3. Contact details of the complainant
